Membership Information
There are two
categories of membership in the Philadelphia Area Chapter of Certified Fraud
Examiners: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Membership and Associate Membership.
To become a CFE Member, you must have the CFE designation and be a member
of the
Association
of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). To become an Associate Member, the
only prerequisites are that you have a professional interest in the field
of fraud examination and a bona fide interest in Chapter membership.*
Typical Chapter members include accountants, auditors, investigators, law
enforcement personnel, loss prevention specialists, attorneys and prosecutors,
managers and executives, academicians and anti-fraud consultants.
Annual dues
for each category of Chapter membership are $25 and $30, respectively, and
do not include ACFE dues. For more information regarding ACFE membership,
please visit the
ACFE
Web site or call the Association at (800) 245-3321.
